How much does an AC repair cost?
It depends on the part and the system. We diagnose first and quote a fixed price before doing any work, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
A good rule: multiply the system's age by the repair cost. If the result is over about $5,000, replacement usually makes more sense. We'll give you both options and an honest recommendation.
Do you pull permits for new systems?
Yes. Replacement installs are permitted, which protects you at resale and makes sure the work is inspected.
